Thank you for your interest in participating in the Abundant Birth Project (ABP)! ABP is a monthly $1000 supplement for Black and Pasifika/Pacific Islander people who are pregnant living in San Francisco.
By filling out this form, you understand that you are sharing the personal information below with the Abundant Birth Project staff. Your information will not be shared with anyone outside of the project and will be kept confidential.
After completing the interest form, you will be notified immediately, in real time, if you qualify to continue forward in the eligibility process. Once notified, you will be prompted to create an Abundant Birth Project Dashboard Account. Next, you will be required to have a video intake call with one of our Abundance Care team members. Following completion of your intake video call, our Abundance Care team member will let you know if you are eligible to be entered into the Abundance Drawing.
